MEMBER, AFRICAN AMERICAN QUILT CIRCLE OF DURHAM

Cynthia Kelley is a retired administrative assistant and resides with her husband of 41 years in Apex, NC. They have three sons and nine grandchildren. Cynthia is an avid seamstress and quilter. She’s been a member of the African American Quilt Circle since 2015. One of her quilts was showcased on “Go Tell It at the Quilt Show.”

Cynthia gets great enjoyment giving quilts as gifts and watching the expression on the recipients’ faces as they ask, “You made this??”
